PRIVACY & DATA USE

Privacy that matches how Vynix SEO works.

This notice explains what Vynix SEO stores, why it needs OAuth permissions, and how you can control or delete workspace data.

What Vynix SEO is

Vynix SEO is a source-aware SEO and GEO workspace. It helps a workspace review first-party search performance, technical checks, and optional provider-backed research. It does not sell rankings, keyword volume, or AI visibility as facts unless a connected source supplies that evidence.

Information we process

To provide a workspace, Vynix may process the following information:

  • Account and workspace information: Google account subject ID, verified email address, display name, optional profile image, workspace membership, and the projects you create.
  • Project information: domains, selected verified properties, country/device preferences, tracked keywords, saved tasks, audits, crawl results, reports, and alerts.
  • Connected-source data: query performance and property metadata returned by the Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Bing Webmaster, and any provider you explicitly connect.
  • Operational data: OAuth state cookies, encrypted provider refresh tokens and workspace API keys, service logs, and limited error records needed to secure and operate the product.

OAuth permissions and use

When you choose Continue with Google or connect Google, Vynix requests identity permissions (openid, email, and profile) to create and secure your account. It can also request the following read-only permissions:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly to list verified Search Console properties and import selected property performance.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly to check or display Google Analytics outcomes only when you choose an accessible property.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adsense.readonly to check available AdSense account readiness only when you choose to use it.
  • webmaster.read from Bing Webmaster when you separately connect Bing, to list selected sites and import Webmaster data.

Vynix uses OAuth data only to authenticate the account, provide the selected workspace connection, refresh data you request or schedule, and protect the service. It does not ask for provider passwords, publish to your accounts, change your provider settings, or sell OAuth data.

Storage, retention, and sharing

Provider tokens are encrypted at rest. Vynix retains workspace data while the workspace remains active and as needed for security, backups, and legal obligations. Access is limited to the service systems and people needed to operate and support Vynix. We do not sell personal information or provider data. We only share it with service providers acting on our instructions, when you direct us to, or when required by law.

Your choices

You can reconnect a provider to replace its consent, revoke Vynix access in your Google or Microsoft account settings, and ask us to delete your Vynix account, workspace, OAuth tokens, and stored project data. To make a request, email [email protected] from the account email and identify the workspace or domain. We may need to verify ownership before acting.

Revoking access at Google or Microsoft stops future provider access; a deletion request removes Vynix-stored data subject to limited backup and legal retention periods.
